"Seams just don’t hold up"
I was disappointed with this. The seams feel weak in a lot of spots, and it just doesn’t seem like it’s made to last. I noticed issues quickly, so overall I wouldn’t really recommend it

"Looked nice at first, but didn’t hold up"
I ordered a chair from buybigjoe.com i was a little disappointed. When it first arrived, it looked just like the pictures and the fabric felt nice, so I was happy with it at first. But after only a few weeks, it started losing its shape and didn’t feel as full or supportive as it did in the beginning. It’s still usable, but I really expected it to hold up better. For the price it’s okay, but I can’t say I’m super impressed.

"Started okay, but got rough fast"
At first I thought it might soften up after using it, but weirdly it kind of went the opposite way. After just a few days, it started feeling rough against my skin. Not exactly what I was hoping for, especially since softness was the main thing I cared about.

"Felt a bit pressured and it wasn’t great for kids"
I didn’t feel like this was very kid-friendly. We felt a little pressured the whole time, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the experience with the kids.

"Support was honestly frustrating"
I really wasn’t impressed with the support. I reached out because I needed a simple, straight answer, and somehow it turned into this slow back-and-forth that didn’t actually solve anything. I kept having to explain the same issue over and over, which is so annoying when you’re already trying to fix a problem. And even after all that, I still wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next. Not a great experience at all, and I definitely wouldn’t rate the support very highly.

"Color wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered the blue bean bag, though I can’t remember if I placed the order last week or the week before because the delivery timing kind of threw me off. Either way, when it showed up, it looked way more gray than blue. The photos on the site made it seem like a totally different shade, so I was disappointed when I opened it

"Surprisingly Solid, Even If I Expected Problems"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and, annoyingly, I can’t really find anything to complain about. It feels sturdy, hasn’t given me any issues yet, and I was ready to blame it the second something went wrong. But so far, nothing has.

"Looks nicer than I expected"
I ordered from buybigjoe.com the fabric looks better in person than I thought it would. The color is close to the photos, maybe just a little darker in my room depending on the lighting... The texture is clean and doesn’t give off that cheap look, which I really appreciated. I took off one star because I do wish the site had more close-up photos to go by, but overall I’m happy with how it looks.

"When the bag arrived, it was way flatter…"
When the bag arrived, it was way flatter than I expected. Compared to other bean bags I’ve had, this one looked kind of sad almost right away, and after a few sits it flattened out even more. For the price, I thought it would come with more filling or at least feel a bit fuller and fluffier. Disappointing

"Only useful in one specific setup"
It worked okay in one particular setup, but as soon as I tried moving it around or using it a different way, it really didn’t hold up. I can see other customers running into the same issue if they need something flexible. For me, it ended up feeling limited and not all that useful.

"Pretty comfy and holds up well"
I got a Big Joe bean bag from buybigjoe.com a few weeks back, and it’s been better than I thought. It does flatten out a bit if you sit in it for a while, but I just give it a quick shake and it’s good again. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. It’s not like, absolutly perfect, but I’m overall happy with it.

"Customer service took way too long"
I ordered from Big Joe. The product itself was fine. Nothing amazing, but it did the job. The service though... slow. I had a question about my order and it took a few days before anyone got back to me. When they finally replied, it felt rushed. Like they just wanted to move on, not really help. Not a terrible experience overall, but yeah, I expected better customer support.

I only had this for about a week before the zipper broke, which was frustrating. I expected it to last longer than that, and now I’m already dealing with trying to fix or replace it

"I just got my order this…"
I just got my order this latest experience left me happy. It showed up sooner than I expected, which is always a nice surprise. The tracking wasn’t perfect and could’ve been a little clearer, but since the package arrived so fast, I didn’t really mind. Based on this recent order, I’d definitely feel good ordering again.

"Heavier than I figured it would be"
I ordered this from buybigjoe.com hoping it would be easy to use in my room, but it ended up being way heavier than I expected. I kind of had a feeling it might be bulky, and once I got it out of the box, that pretty much confirmed it for me. Trying to move it around was a hassle, I had to drag it, and even then it felt awkward. If you’re planning to move it between rooms, I really don’t think it’s practical. Disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again...

"The smell just didn’t go away for me"
I really wanted to like this, and I gave it a fair shot because I know some products need a little time to work. But the smell never really went away. I tried using it more than once and even waited to see if it would fade, so I don’t feel like I gave up on it too quickly. It just didn’t do what I expected

"Not great if you have pets"
I really wanted this to work for our house, but my dog’s hair clings to it like crazy and it’s such a hassle to keep cleaning. The fabric also started showing claw marks quickly, which was frustrating. It just takes way more effort to maintain than I expected. Definitely wish it was more pet-friendly.

"Box showed up totally smashed"
My package arrived crushed and barely held together with tape. Luckily the item inside was okay, but the whole thing felt really careless. What’s frustrating is that because the product itself wasn’t damaged, it seems like they can just shrug it off as not being a real issue. That kind of policy loophole is annoying when the delivery still looked awful. I wouldn’t be excited to order again.

"Stained way too easily"
I bought this from Big Joe thinking it would be easy to keep clean, but make it make sense, it got a small drink mark on it the first week and now it will not come out. I wiped it right away, tried a mild cleaner after that, and it still looks bad. For the price, I really expected the fabric to handle stains better than this. It already looks old, which is frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.
